State Government | A03 | Monday to Friday from 9 am – 5 pm | Competitive hourly rate of $44.49 + Super

Hays have partnered with a leading State Government organisation. Our client specialises in providing information, advice and regulation to ensure the maintenance of proper building standards and remedies for defective building work. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Your new role

As the AO3 Administration Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:

Opening and closing of the office

Assisting incoming customers

Printing forms

Basic Administration & Adhoc duties as required

Updating addresses

Confirming licence types

EFTpos transactions

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5+ years Administration experience. You will also:

Experience within the Building & Construction industry is advantageous but not essential

Warm, friendly and personable demeanour

Computer literacy

High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
