CMG are a business servicing the Sydney building industry. We specialize in various projects such as schools, aged care, industrial fit outs and more. We are interested in developing long term relationships with clients and our staff.

The Role:

This part time opportunity with the possibility to be split between 3 or 4 days, with around 15-20 hours a week. As the Accounts/Administration officer you will be reporting to the assistant accountant of the company providing financial and administration assistance. Your duties and tasks are:

  • Administer Accounts Email
  • Entering creditor invoice
  • Process credit card payment
  • Creditor Statement Reconciliations
  • Maintain the project cost sheet
  • Support the delivery team for any payments or assistance
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Adhoc tasks as required to support the team

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in an office environment
  • Attention detail
  • Eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Excel and Xero are highly regarded
