Awesome opportunity available with this down to earth client for a solid Accounts Administrator who enjoys a variety in their day and loves Accounts Payable in particular! Here you will join an organisation who have gone paperless and have cutting edge technology to make your life easier!
A key to this role is your ability to communicate with various stakeholders throughout the business. So this role is ideal for someone who is not only great with numbers and have a love of accounts, but you have excellent communication skills as well.
This role will be working on a part-time basis over 5 days a week so the perfect role for work/life balance or to fit in with your family.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Bank reconciliations
Payment requests
Payment run preparation and collation for approval
Payment processing & loading of runs in NAB
Processing of FX transactions
AP emails – redirecting and queries
Utilise Purchase Order & Invoicing approval programs (happy to train)
Creditors (reconciliation)
Processing staff expenses
Credit cards / Flexi-purchase – download / prepare upload for approval
Telstra – dissection & upload
Company recharges
Accounts EOM reconciliation to subledgers & Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts
Credit applications
Creditor setup
Job Setup
Use Jobpac Accounting System (ERP)
The ideal candidate will have:
Solid Accounts Payable experience
Strong reconciliation skills
High level attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills – the ability to build rapport with non-accounting staff throughout the business
Team player attitude
Bonus if you have experience using Jobpac
