ADMIN ASSISTANT – TEMP CONTRACT

Zenn Ability is a registered provider of the NDIS, supplying Disability and Mental Health support to its participants.

We are looking for the right candidate for an IMMEDIATE START to join our Team and assist with a short term administrative project.

The role will provide flexible working hours and a great hourly rate.

The role will involve but is not limited too the following tasks:

Auditing of participant files and documentation

Data entry and cross-referencing

Assisting the Administration team with system update

3 month casual contract

ABOUT YOU :

  • Can adapt to a fast-paced busy office environment
  • Can multi-task with good time management
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Confident
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Reliable and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Team player
  • Flexible hours
  • Shiftcare system knowledge (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Knowledge of NDIS price guides (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Able to commence employment immediately if successful

Job Types: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
