Schedule: Monday to Wednesday (09:00 AM – 03:00 PM)
PAY RATE $32 PER HOUR PLUS SUPER

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service/Admin Assistant to join our team in Jandakot, Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Managing customer orders and coordinating deliveries
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Assisting with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred but not required
DESIRABLE
Experience working at McDonalds
Experience with Software JDE
