About the Opportunity

The Public Trustee assists some of the most vulnerable members of our community to live their best life possible. We are seeking an experienced customer relationship professional or financial administrator to join us in providing a unique and rewarding customer service our community. The role will require you to build and maintain trusting relationships with our customers in order to provide high quality services to our customers. You will also be required to build effective and professional relationships with all parties involved with the customer’s wellbeing.

The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing a range of support services including clerical and administrative support. This role will enable you to showcase your outstanding relationship management and administrative skills within a dynamic team that takes pride in the service they provide to the community. As an experienced customer relationship professional, you can effectively liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to advocate on behalf of your customers and in order to meet business objectives. About the Business

The Public Trustee plays an important role in managing the personal, legal and financial affairs of those people in the community who lack the capacity to manage their own affairs. The Public Trustee also provides eligible South Australians with access to Will making services, powers of attorney preparation and deceased estate and trust administration.

The Public Trustee is located in a prime CBD location, with offices looking out over Victoria Square. Special Conditions for Employment

Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
