Hi, I’m Vanessa, Xzibit’s Business Manager and I’m on the lookout for a switched on individual to support me in the smooth running of this vibrant business, based in our Luscombe office.

Who are you? Well, you have at least 2 years experience in assisting in helping an office run smoothly – just as importantly, people probably describe you as:

A great multi-tasker – maybe people even call you an ‘Energiser Bunny’

Self-confident. Comfortable expressing your opinion and communicating bad news

Sociable yet you know when it’s time to focus on the task at hand

Organised. You love policies, procedures and process – kinda like Marie Kondo!

Action-oriented. You love to GSD

A reliable go-to person – yet not easily misled

A natural leader in your space. You take the initiative and can read the boss’s mind

Even keeled – you see the world through a balanced (not emotional) perspective

You may be just who I’m looking for!

The gig?

Quite simply, you’ll be ensuring that the business is functioning as smoothly as possible. This position is predominantly general administration tasks, answering phones, setting up meeting rooms, making coffee, clean and tidy of the office, taking enquiries and passing onto the correct department, ordering office stationery, kitchen amenities, data entry, bookkeeping, assisting with preparing wages, issuing purchase orders and entering bills. Simple! If you have experience with Xero, Travel Preparation and Managing Reception – that’d be a plus too.

After many years creating bespoke exhibitions, educational spaces and retail environments for Australian and global brands, Government agencies, councils and tourism attractions, Xzibit has built a strong reputation for creativity and excellence.

The team continues to grow and after a number of upgrades to our shed (and coffee machine!), we have now moved into our own a purpose-built office & workshop facility. We work hard, we’ve got each other’s backs and we love to have a bit of fun too; as our regular darts tournaments and beer taps can attest!

Xzibit is also committed to lending a helping hand where we can. On top of striving to be the premier expo, museum and visitor centre designers in Australia, we’re also dedicated to feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, educating children and meeting local community needs.
