Full Job Description
Compass Group are currently seeking the services of 2 x Administration and Front Office Attendant’s for work at our Clermont site. The successful candidates will have the option of being employed on either a 5 & 2 or 7 & 7 roster.

You will be responsible for:
Guest arrivals and departures

Ensuring specific guest requests are followed through

Making sure guest feedback is recorded accurately per operational standards and any matters requiring action are resolved in a prompt and efficient manner

Proactively looking after guest security, safety and privacy

Actively contribute towards reaching agreed hotel targets and objectives

What we are looking for:
You will preferably have experience working within Front Office or on Reception

Opera and/or Micros Symphony software experience preferred

High excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and demonstrated high initiative

A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously

Have the ability to communicate at all levels
