PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 30 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We currently have an opportunity for a Admin Assistant to join our Transport team on a full-time basis. The role will manage a range of administrative, customer service functions, ensuring that customers receive a service that is prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous and is delivered to a quality level that exceeds the customer’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing a seamless interface between our customers

Day to day administration tasks

Liaising with our external/internal customers

Proving cost effective solutions for our customers

Reception duties

Entering all orders/pricing into our system with high precision in a timely manner

Support our customers’ needs through quoting, booking and order entry

Develop and maintain excellent customer service relations and profile

Maintain computer-based information, data systems and generate reports/invoices as required

Maintain a high standard of office housekeeping at all times

Other duties as required by management

Skills & Experience for Success:
Proficient Microsoft applications

People person with a ‘can do’ attitude who is passionate, energetic and show initiative

Prior experience in Administration and Customer Service

Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and a team player

Previous experience in administrative controls/procedures

Experience with purchase orders and invoicing, ideally Tech One/ADI or similar software applications

Payroll duties, including collation and data entry

The ability to multi task and meet deadlines is essential

This is a fast-paced role and will suit someone with energy, personal drive and flexibility.
