Join the FACE MINING CREW in 2023. We are expanding our internal business team and are looking to appoint an Administration Officer – Onboarding & Mobilisation. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to assist in onboarding and mobilisation of our workforce across both Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Orange, NSW

Casual role – with the future opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate

Approximately 25 to 35 hours per week, in alignment with business requirements.

Mobilisation & Onboarding –

Managing schedules and booking all required flights and accommodation for our FIFO/DIDO workforce across multiple mine sites.

Supporting the Administration Manager with the booking of pre-employment medical assessments.

Ensuring all pre-employment paperwork is completed in accordance with both client and business requirements.

Liaising with both our existing and onboarding workforce, ensuring a high degree of professionalism.

Updating personnel records.

Assisting with any other required tasks as delegated by the Administration Manager.

Travel as required to assist with staff mobilisation and accommodation set up.

Other –

Developing and managing the business asset register.

Supporting the Marketing & Administration Officer with marketing and communications tasks as required.

Managing correspondence and general administration tasks.


Exceptional computer skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.

Experience in an administrative based role.

Qualifications in administration and/or human resources would be advantageous.
