The Administration Officer position ensures a highly organised and efficient administrative support service to the Community and Allied Health Division which will result in the efficient operation of the services within the division under the direction of the Healthy Living Team Leader through the Rehabilitation Clinical Leader.
The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive administrative support services by prioritising workload, monitoring and actioning correspondence, receiving and directing phone calls and personal presentations, providing an information service for the public and answer all telephone queries, internal and external.
This role maybe the first point of contact for consumers, medical, allied health or other staff using the rehabilitation service to support patient rehabilitation across multiple fields. Queries will be responded to in an efficient manner.
This is a part time vacancy, working 37.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked. In addition to the annual salary package, we also offer salary sacrifice benefits, employer superannuation contributions and leave loading.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Screening/Check and specific immunisation requirements. COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement under the Public Health Act 2011 (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) to work in SA Health/health care setting.
