About the role
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Administration Supervisor, who must always display integrity, and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills to be part of the Community Corrections team located in Taree.
The Administration Supervisor coordinates the administration team to provide, and directly provides, quality customer, administration and support services to a broad range of stakeholders including but not limited to, staff in the office/hub, other agencies, members of the public and offenders. The role ensures effective administration services are delivered to facilitate the efficient operation of the Community Corrections office / hub
About Us
Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce the risk of re-offending and enhance public safety. It serves a key function of the NSW Justice sector by providing effective, safe and humane management of offenders both in custody and in the community CSNSW also works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that offenders and their families are supported.
Community Corrections is one arm of CSNSW that supervises offenders who are subject to community-based orders imposed by the courts or State Parole Authority. Community Corrections aims to reduce the impact of crime on the community by effectively case managing offenders to achieve resettlement and successful order completion.
Essential requirements
Current driver’s licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role
Experience providing high level administration and clerical support and excellent client services.
