Your Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.

Your tasks will include:

  • General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc)
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing advice and information on Ozcare’s products and services
  • Preparing detailed documents
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Role Requirements

  • Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current Queensland drivers’ licence
  • Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
