
Court Services Victoria
The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority, and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state.
The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
About the role
The Administration Officer works as part of a small administration team responsible to completing tasks within the cash office, subpoenaed documents and audio recordings. Team members will learn the skills for each set of tasks to assist with managing work flow. A good opportunity to build skills in administration, computer systems, time management and accuracy.
About you
Some general administration experience would be desirable. Most important is an ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and complete a variety of tasks with a focus on accuracy and managing competing priorities.
