We are looking for a dedicated Air Freight Coordinator to join our team in High Wycombe.

What you will be responsible for?

Managing Air Cargo Automation and Job Registrations

Handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively

Dealing with Australian Customs re ACA / problem solving

Resolve billing enquiries

Completing all aspects of Air Import Process autonomously

Proactively monitor process flow

Ensure supporting customs documentation

Participating in the department’s weekend roster

What are we looking for?

Ideally experience in Freight Forwarding, especially in Import and/ or Export procedures

Excellent Customer Service skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn

Ability to react and perform well under pressure
