Altaira is currently seeking a self driven team member with great analytical and logistical skills to join our busy team.

We are looking to fill the part time position for the following rotating roster : 

Week 1
Monday 16:00 – 00:00
Wednesday 16:00 – 00:00
Thursday 16:00 – 00:00
Friday 16:00 – 00:00

Week 2
Monday 16:00 – 00:00
Thursday 16:00 – 00:00
Saturday 14:00 to 00:00
Sunday 14:00 to 00:00
 

As Allocations Administrator your role will be allocating and rostering of casual nursing and auxiliary staff to shifts for a range of Altaira clients, administrative follow ups and data entry. 

Essential qualities required are:

Exceptional customer service skills

Professional, polite and friendly phone manner

Good written and spoken English

Able to handle a busy phone system efficiently

Efficient time management skills

Able to think on your feet and problem solve 

Attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Process driven

Work well under pressure and within strict time frames

 

Desirable experience:

 

Experience with This Planet – Venus or another allocating system

A background in a call centre or office environment 

A background in the aged care  industry

Ability to relieve other staff outside of rostered hours is highly desirable but not essential
