$78,143 – $83,700 (plus Super)

The Role

The Land Management Delivery Officer will work under limited direction to undertake functions of the Base Service Contract to achieve outcomes. They will be required to provide customer centricity to their daily work and interpret contract, policy, procedures and plans to support program delivery. The Land Management Delivery Officer will be responsible to:

undertake assurance functions of the Base Services Contract;

investigate and resolve complex or systemic service delivery deficiencies;

analyse responsive and out of scope service requests; and

Validate and approve invoice and payment schedules.

Subject to applicant suitability, an order of merit list may be created and used to fill other APS 5 vacancies within Defence Estate and Land Management (DELM), nationally. Requests to work remotely will be considered on merit for relevant positions.

About our Team

The Directorate Estate & Land Management (DELM) is one of seven Product Directorates within Estate Service Delivery (ESD) Branch. The Directorate has six product portfolios that it manages nationally on behalf of Defence: Estate Upkeep, Land, Environment, Animal, Water and Contamination Management.

Each product portfolio has enabling Service Delivery characteristics that support Defence capability, environmental performance, and estate stewardship. The team functions include:

End-to-end management of supply contracts;

Assurance of service delivery conformance, performance and compliance;

Judicious financial management and reporting;

Policy implementation, including technical application of environmental objectives;

Service delivery risk management and integration; and

Product optimisation and co-design: Being the voice of the customer.
