We are seeking experienced compliance professionals to join our Compliance team.
As a Compliance Officer, you’ll lead complex investigations requiring close collaboration with charities to acquire and analyse critical information. You’ll identify non-compliance, provide advice that drives change, and support the use of our regulatory powers to mitigate risk. You’ll deliver your cases with a high-level of independence through clear planning that promotes efficient and effective outcomes, and by taking analytical and creative approaches to overcome the unique challenges that you encounter in each case.
You’ll initiate and deliver business projects, contribute to the directorate’s performance by sharing your expertise in a learning-focused environment, and utilise technologies to improve our effectiveness and efficiency. You’ll also engage with our external stakeholders to build relationships and drive outcomes across agencies, jurisdictions and with the charity sector.
You may also be required to travel interstate as part of this role.
