Key Responsibilities Include

  • ATO Reporting – Complete tax compliance items, including BAS & Payroll tac.
  • Payroll Processing & Payments
  • Process superannuation payments
  • Accounts Receivables – Send and receive invoices for progress payments and variations to stakeholders
  • Accounts Payable
  • Create purchase orders
  • Apply for supplier accounts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Follow up on Invoices
  • Reconcile payment and filing of invoices and ensure all data is entered correctly into Xero.
  • Ad-hoc administration duties as required

About You

  • Minimum 3 years Bookkeeping experience
  • Ideal candidate will come from a Construction/Engineering background
  • Proficient use with Xero
  • Reliable, Organised and has a High-level attention to detail
  • Good verbal, written communication skills and comfortable in dealing with external parties

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
