We’re seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our Builders Support team based in our Burleigh Heads Office!
Starting Salary- $55.4K + Super

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated person to join our Builders Administration team to manage the set-up of client accounts and provide ongoing administrative support.
Working in a dynamic team, you will communicate with our building clients to liaise with our design, estimator and order support teams via phone and email, to ensure our clients have a smooth experience, from start to finish.
Using your eye for detail, you will monitor our client’s accounts, identify areas that require support and problem-solve to find appropriate solutions.
In return for your hard work, we will provide you with ongoing training and support to ensure your continued growth on your journey with us.
In this role, you will…
Provide admin support to the B2B teams
Use various computer systems to update accounts and check orders
Communicate directly with builders and clients via phone and email
Review orders to ensure everything is running smoothly
Follow process and procedural documents
Complete the onboarding of new building clients
Keep up to date on stocked product ranges
Ensure all estimating jobs are accurately completed within time frames
About you…
Have an eagerness to learn and grow
Have great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
A natural problem-solver with an eye for detail
Strong computer literacy including experience using Microsoft Office
A background in design or estimating is preferred but not essential!
