Business Operations Officer Targeted
Clerk Grade 5/6
Package includes salary, depending on experience ($89,707 – $98,982) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Operations Officer to work within National Parks and Wildlife Service.
Eligibility

About the Role
Do you want to help support the conservation and management of our national parks? As the Business Operations Officer you will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of effective and efficient systems in relation to management of the revenue operations, including the efficient operations of existing revenue streams and the development and implementation of new revenue earning proposals as approved by the Manager/Supervisor.
A typical day could include maintaining effective revenue management systems, developing new business opportunities and revenue sources, developing and maintaining management information systems, establishing effective relationships with various stakeholders and assisting Managers/Supervisors in the preparation of business plans for service operations.
About You
To be successful for this role, you will be highly motivated and an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders. You thrive being a team player who is proactive and demonstrates initiative at every opportunity, and your business and financial skills will be highly valued.
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated skills in planning, organising and implementing administrative and financial policies and systems that are effective and consistent with recognised and current Acts.
Capacity to analyse and review revenue collection strategies and practices.
Ability to extract and interpret reports from computerised financial systems.
A current Australian driver’s licence.
