The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for developing strong long-term relationships with New South Wales staff and the building management team specifically in our Barangaroo Office. As a Workplace Services Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating an exceptional service to the firm, assisting with reporting and budgeting, coordinating vendors and assisting with National projects.
How are you extraordinary?
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
Process invoices and cross reference with budget
Monitor stock of all consumables managed by Workplace services to the business
Maintain the integrity of the access control and CCTV system.
Conduct key audits to secured spaces.
Coordinate, schedule and track planned preventative maintenance program.
