We are a dynamic, multifaceted business seeking an Business Systems & Projects Officer, with passion and drive to support the business.

Your new role

This role reports to MIGA’s Business Systems Manager, and is responsible for:

Administrative support across the Business Systems & Projects team

Working closely with and providing support to the Business Systems Analysts and Project Manager in relation to allocated projects and operantional tasks

Maintaining Business Systems & Project documentation and records

Organising meetings and providng administrative support

Proactively contributing to business process improvement capability to drive a unified customer-centric culture.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have:
Recent experience as an administrative officer in a Technology or Project department

Recent experience as a Project Administration Officer (or similar) working on a major project or projects

Working within project management methodology including project guidelines, principles and templates

Experience in administration of documentation and coordination including scheduling meetings, documenting minutes/actions/issues/risks

High level of capability with using Mircosoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

High level of organisational capabilities

Experience reconciling budgets

Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent.
