Cafe Team Leader at The Wash Glenelg

The cafe at The Wash Glenelg is looking for a new full time team leader!

Located in the heart of beautiful glenelg the cafe at the wash is a fun and interesting place to work. We are located on the rooftop of Bayside village shopping centre opposite REVO FITNESS (formerly the gym glenelg)

We are looking for someone who is keen and ready to make The cafe their baby, use their creative flair and experience to their fullest potential.

We are a 7 day p/w business with another location (unley road) (staff are shared between both locations, managers stay in 1 location.

Job Description/responsibilities:

– Manage staff/labour

– Food preparation and presentation

– Hygiene and cleanliness standards

– Ordering and stock control/management

– Customer service

– Team management

– Inducting and training new staff

Successful applicant must have the following skills:

Extensive barista experience

Food prep experience

Management experience

Can do attitude

Passionate about hospitality/customer service

Be able to work autonomously

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
