The External Communications Team leads the delivery of strategic, planned communications that tell the Bureau’s story and help build our reputation as a trusted source of information for the Australian community.
As the Campaigns Officer, you’ll deliver Bureau-wide public campaigns. In consultation with the Team Leader Campaigns, you’ll produce creative and innovative campaigns that support the Bureau’s Communications Plan. You’ll develop campaign strategies and, with a focus on strong project management, execute and evaluate the campaigns.
You’ll run the Communications Program market research program, the outcomes of which will help influence future campaign direction and broader communications. You’ll use your digital and traditional advertising and marketing skills and experience to support the broader Communications Program to put information out to the community.
This is a strategic, creative campaigns role. You’ll demonstrate a proven ability to project manage, problem-solve, develop effective campaign strategies and evaluate results. You’ll underpin all this with clear logic, considered thinking and a solid evidence base.
You’ll work collaboratively with business areas, external suppliers and across the Communications Program to communicate with and engage the Australian community.
