This role will report to the Care Manager of Right at Home Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt.
Qualifications
Responsibilities will include:
Conducting Client Assessments and Care Planning
Supervision and management of Care Staff
Discussing and promoting Right at Homes services with medical professions and referral sources
Reporting to Care Manager Right at Home Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt
The position is for MERREDIN and KALGOORLIE NURSES ONLY!
Preferred Skills
Essential Criteria
Must have a Sound understanding of the principles of My Aged Care, Aged Care Reforms, Consumer Directed Care
Must have Significant experience and understanding in the Australian Aged Care or Disability sector
Must be empathetic, passionate and caring
Will have experience in assessing and planning care needs
Have a client focus which is based on their goals, preferences and needs
Have experience in managing staff
Be comfortable managing in-bound and out-bound calls
Be committed to work within RAH Mission, Vision and Values
Have capacity to take initiative and to be innovative
Have highly developed organisational, administrative, business, people, and financial management skills with proven ability to determine priorities, coordinate activities and meet deadlines
Customer service experience in the Aged Sector essential.
Qualifications in Business Management would also be highly regarded.
