About the position

A great opportunity for an experienced administrator has arisen to work in the Centre for Dispute Resolution (CDR) within the Faculty of Law, Coordinating the Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Clinic and providing administrative support to the Centre.

The FDR Clinic provides high quality, caring, client-centred specialist family dispute resolution services and gives Bond FDR students supervised FDR workplace experience with a focus on best practice.

Acting as the line of contact for prospective FDR clients this position will work closely with the CDR Coordinator to manage the operations of the FDR Clinic as well as provide general administrative support with short courses and FDR student requirements as required.

Responsibilities include:
Act as a first point of contact to external stakeholders to promote and provide information on Clinic services.

Schedule all Clinic appointments and coordinate all parties as required.

Provide information to clients regarding the FDR process, costs, privacy, and their obligations.

Ensure all parties comply with all FDR requirements and provide the necessary documentation.

Support to the CDR as required.

About the person

Applicants will have the following attributes:
A degree and/or relevant work experience.

Ability to deal with and maintain highly confidential and sensitive client information.

Strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse and complex client situations and to display empathy and understanding to vulnerable clients and families.

Self-motivated and the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

High level of organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with people who have competing demands.

Demonstrated high attention to detail.

Salary details

The hourly rate for this appointment is $38.94 per hour plus 10.5% superannuation per annum.
