Both positions are fixed term until June 2024
Both positions have a starting salary at MOA Level 3 classification commencing at $75,997.91 (pro-rata for the part time position) + 10.5% superannuation
About the role
Ensure all administration duties undertaken are carried out in a timely and precise manner, including data entry of invoices and banking processes, maintaining accurate client records, ensuring all client requests and bookings are completed, with appropriate follow up as required.
Assist with timely client intake and review processes as required, and other tasks to support successful outcomes for the Community Support and Wellbeing Team.
Provide high quality end to end customer service and resolution to the City of Unley’s external and internal customers, in accordance with Council’s Business Plan, Code of Conduct, Policies and Strategies
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven high level administration experience, including invoicing and banking processes within community services programs
Proficiency when using information systems, including applications and databases that record and report statistical information
Previous exposure to the evaluation and review of older people’s needs and the ability to transfer the information gained into client centric outcomes, ensuring services provided promote autonomy, independence, wellness and reablement principles
