Claims Administrator / Federal Government / $42 p/h / CBD

Your new company

My client is a Federal Government department seeking an experienced candidate in claims processing to come on board starting immediately until August 2020.

Your new role

Reporting to the team leader, you will be performing a range of the following duties:

Investigate and determine claims for liability and/or compensation using legislation and in accordance with national standards and objectives.

Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders, including medical centres and legal firms to obtain evidence required to determine claims.

Effectively manage claim caseloads in accordance with key performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in the following:

Must have claims processing experience, and this must be clearly outline in the CV.

Previous administrative experience within the Federal or State Government is desirable

Strong decision making skills.

Demonstrated ability to work with set KPI’s.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong IT skills.
