The Client Systems Coordinator is responsible for providing specialist expertise in the management of electronic patient records management systems and intake processes throughout BHFLHN Community Health Care.
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring a consistent approach to electronic client records and data management across the community health service. The incumbent is also responsible for developing a range of reports that provide critical management information that aids in the management and allocation of resources, both human and financial, to meet the needs of the region’s communities.
The incumbent will represent BHFLHN on Users Group and initiate and implement systems improvements and modifications to meet the needs of management. In addition, the incumbent provides specialist expertise over the management of all electronic client systems across the region ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach is developed at each site of the health unit.
The incumbent provides leadership, supervision to intake and referral staff, systems support (including training) and expert knowledge to clinical and administration staff across all the health units within the region.

This is a part time vacancy, working 60 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Screening/Check and specific immunisation requirements. COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement under the Public Health Act 2011 (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) to work in SA Health/health care setting.
