About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary clinical team that supports a family-centred & clinical practice model, focused on supporting each child to develop the skills needed so that they can engage meaningfully in home, school, and community life.

Build and lead a high performing team that works collaboratively toward achieving the organisation’s goals

Drive business growth and enhance the delivery of operational improvements across team

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence

Set and monitor effective baseline conditions and targets for productive work by completing important people management processes of selection, induction, support and recognition of performance.

Support team development through the implementation of training plans for each team member in line with individual needs.

Oversee budget and financial management of clinical team

Our ideal candidate has:
Tertiary qualification in relevant allied health profession.

Proven track record of driving business growth and enhancements.

Strong financial acumen and ability to budget, analyse and present information to inform decision making.

Demonstrated experience in leading a business or team in operational and improvement projects.

Ability to lead, work in and contribute to the development of a multi-disciplinary team.
