About the role

As a Cluster Manager you will have full accountability for your area of up to 15 sites. You’ll be responsible for developing your team to maximise business growth, focus on safety and drive a consistent experience across all sites. You’ll have leadership and accountability for the portfolio’s people strategy including recruiting, training and retaining great people.
About you and your skills
Demonstrated mulit-site leadership experience in a fast-paced, ideally retail, environment
Ability to coach, lead & develop a large team (50+) with proven success in building high preforming teams and improving team effectiveness
Ability to implement business plans and meet commercial targets that result in sustained improvement with excellent execution of our customer value proposition at all sites
Ability to lead the consistent delivery of high site standards that maintains the highest levels of safety for team members and customers
