Total Remuneration $108,353 to $118,502 pa (including salary of $91,560 to $100,136 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

In this role you will work closely with your supervisor to provide administrative leadership and facilitate the delivery elements of courses including the educators, markers, student support and course design. You work collaboratively with academic staff and management to ensure all teaching and delivery outcomes are met within timeframes and within required audit and legislative requirements.
You will use your strong management skills to oversee a team, managing performance, allocating workloads and ensuring a high level of service is provided.
Proven detailed knowledge of business support software including word processing, spread-sheeting, information management systems and email, and using large corporate information systems.
Detailed knowledge of university policy and procedures, specifically academic, operational and administrative processes for CQUniversity.
Management skills with proven experience overseeing a team, managing performance, allocating workloads and ensuring a high level of service is provided.
Proven written and verbal communication skills including experience communicating and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated organisation skills with proven experience developing streamlined processes for a large organisation.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and industry and community partners to build and sustain positive, professional working relationships.
Proven attention to detail and the ability to solve problems, use good judgement, understand and interpret policy and make decisions with minimal supervision.
A degree with at least four years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in an administrative field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. (Desirable)
You will be expected to hold vaccinations in relation to the COVID-19 immunisation should your CQUniversity role require you to attend any setting / venue / event where there is a specific entry requirement for you to hold these vaccinations, as per relevant State Government directives.
