Communications Support Officer – Customer Marketing team, Ongoing Opportunity, Hybrid working, Sydney Based, Grade 5/6

The Customer Marketing team works across a diverse range of campaign and communications collateral for external and internal projects and initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team in a meaningful role where you can make a difference to the people of NSW.

We’re looking for a Communications Support Officer who possesses outstanding administrative, organisational and Microsoft365 skills, and an interest in pursuing a career in marketing and communication. This role supports the Director Customer Marketing who will be looking for your growth mindset, initiative and excellent communication skills to help support our team.

This is an ideal role for an experienced administrative officer who is looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team, in a collaborative and inspiring environment. A great sense of humour is a must!

Some of the projects we have contributed to:

  • COVID-19 business recovery campaign and consumer collateral
  • Cost of Living/Savings Finder campaign
  • Service NSW Business Concierge
  • Dine & Discover NSW, Parents NSW, Active and Creative Kids
  • Flood recovery support for affected businesses and consumers
  • Collateral for SafeWork NSW, Service NSW, FairTrading NSW and more.
