This large and well-regarded organisation provides essential services to the people of Western Australia. They currently have a permanent role for a Commercial Co-ordinator to join the ICT Contract Management team.
The key aspect of the role is to work collaboratively with members of the Commercial Services team to ensure the efficient and timely completion of a range of administrative activities associated with commercial contract management, including:
Maintaining a robust and accurate tracking system to capture and track project management actions associated with commercial contracts.
Maintaining regular and professional contact with internal clients as required throughout the preparation and execution of contracts, ensuring accurate information and documentation is obtained and/or provided in a timely manner.
Working proactively with internal stakeholders at all levels to provide advice and support relevant to Commercial Services; and
assisting with the preparation of handover documents and updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, as required.
Assist with the development and preparation of reports and general correspondence relevant to the operations of the team.
A working knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, contract management principles and the application of such within a large, commercial organisation.
Ability to communicate effectively, including developing rapport and maintaining positive and collaborative working partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
