Contracts Administration Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Contracts Administration Assistant to join our team.

 

About you & the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator all-rounder with exceptional attention to detail for a fast-paced role.  You will be part of a small team providing administration support to the Contracts & Compliance Manager and the wider Management Team when required.  

You will assist with a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to; document preparation and collation, management of correspondence, data entry, reporting, filing, copying, printing, scanning, scheduling appointments and other general administration tasks.  So, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and within expected timeframes is a must.

You will be provided with the support you require however, you will be required at times to work autonomously and pro-actively with the ability to adapt quickly to changing workload priorities.

 

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Great communication skills, friendly personality, professional presentation, and willingness to assist other management team members as required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role;
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and problem solve as issues arise
