About the role

The Coordinator Accounts Receivable is responsible for supervising and coordinating staff to efficiently deliver a range of Accounts Receivable activities for internal and external customers within a shared services environment. Finance activities include account reconciliations, general ledger journals, financial reporting and account management. This role also provides staff training, supervision and mentoring in financial transactions.

Essential requirements of the role

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications Business Administration or a relevant/related discipline, and/or demonstrated successful experience in stakeholder/customer engagement in a Shared Services/Contact Centre environment.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
