About the Role
The Coordinator, Admissions is a pivotal role in a talented team that coordinates the resources and processes to enable Admissions to deliver an efficient, compliant, and best practice student-centred admissions service. As a valued member of the Admissions leadership team, the Coordinator is also responsible for providing expert advice, information and guidance on matters relating to admissions, credit (advanced standing) and scholarships to colleagues and stakeholders.
MAJOR TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist in the running and coordination of the Admissions, Pathways and Scholarships team coordinating the complex set of functions and significant resources involved in the assessment and processing of student enquiries and applications relating to courses, credit (advanced standing) and scholarships.
Manage a small team of staff dedicated to managing the compliance, reporting and user experience of admissions, credit (advanced standing) and scholarships.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes relating to admissions, credit (advanced standing) and scholarships.
Development and/or implementation of processes to ensure the team meets its requirements and conversion targets.
Maintain our operational processes and information sets.
Provision of reports with recommendations to Manager, Admissions, Pathways and Scholarships.
Works collaboratively with key stakeholder groups to ensure consistency of advice and solutions relating to admissions, credit (advanced standing) and scholarships.
