Part-Time | WEEKDAYS ONLY- YOU CHOOSE your hours between 7am-7pm | Wed – Thurs – Fri

The Opportunity:
A couple of PART-TIME OR 1x FULL TIME contract opportunities has arisen for Customer Centre Officers to join our Customer Contact Centre on a contract basis, based in Mulgrave.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for more flexibility in their day.

You will be part of a large team helping customers with a diverse range or calls and email about their vehicle enquires

Achieving Key Performance Indicators with a focus on call quality and customer experience

Exposure to the broader Nissan Financial Services business and the ability to be able to cross train with key departments

Adhere and understand of all compliance & legislation requirements

Contributing to the success of our business through making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results

About you:
Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality experience is highly preferred

Able to commit to 2 weeks paid training upon commencement of the role

Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office packages

Great time management skills with a desire to work hard

Full Time employee MUST be available to work rotating roster 7am-7pm

Work weekdays ONLY

Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement to work from home and the office- MULGRAVE
