We are a boutique physiotherapy practice looking for a customer service assistant who knows how to wow our clients. As the first point of contact for our practice, we are looking for a team member who will be able to provide great service from the very first interaction.

Key duties will include:

  • Greeting and checking in clients
  • Handling enquiries from potential clients
  • Answering a high volume of calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Monitoring email and SMS inboxes
  • Communicating with clinical staff and other relevant parties
  • General admin tasks
  • Ensuring the practice is clean and tidy at all times

Skills & Experience:

  • Good communication skills
  • High quality interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of computer based practice management systems (Cliniko experience highly regarded) and Microsoft programs (particularly Excel and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated commitment to high standards
  • Demonstrated empathy for the needs of patients
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing environments
  • A strong customer service focus with ability to handle difficult patients
  • The ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner

Experience with managing patients and liaising with referrers and suppliers in private sector will be highly regarded.

This role will be based in Rivervale and shifts will be available Mon-Fri from 10am-6pm with a 1 hour lunch break (split shifts available if preferred) and Saturday mornings.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: From $23.00 per hour
