About the role
As a Customer Service Centre Shift Manager you will lead a team for the live running of train operations to ensure that services are effectively and efficiently delivered to meet both internal and external customer expectations.
Role Location: Moorebank, NSW
Status: Full Time – Position will require working shift work
What your role will look like:
Overseeing the management in train crew rostering changes within the live run period
Providing leadership in the delivery of customer service
Communicating with track access providers, customers, train crew, maintenance providers and terminal staff to achieve the required service delivery
Compiling and reporting in shift diaries
Lead in managing incident and fault reporting
Lead in managing contingency planning to achieve the optimum result in service delivery

Proven problem solving and decision making skills
Computer and keyboard skills
Strong customer focus
Ability to establish and maintain good business relationships
Ability to lead, organize, control and coordinate activities in an operational environment
High level of communication skills
Commitment to safety
Ability to mentor and motivate a team
Relevant qualifications or previous experience in planning and coordinating resources in transport operations
