Your new role
This inbound role involves taking a range of phone calls from customers on unsecured banking products, as a first point of contact. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the company’s clients who have inquiries or concerns related to their banking products or services.
You will be required to handle customer interactions through phone, email, and chat channels, and resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role is work from home and will include comprehensive face to face training.
