We are looking for 30 team members from Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time and Casual 15 – 38 hours pw.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The role of the Customer Service Officer in Valet at Brisbane Airport reporting directly to the Valet Manager and Supervisory team. The role will start out as a Casual Employee working 20 plus hours per week with a view to becoming permanent in the future.

The primary purpose of the Customer Service Officer – Valet Driver is to provide an exceptional welcome as part of everyone’s journey and to ensure a continuous improvement mindset.

Duties include providing excellent customer service and mobility management on a day-to-day basis by proactively ensuring all guests are safe and the service is seamless within the Valet Operations.

All applicants will need to be physically fit for standing, walking and movement in and out of vehicles throughout each shift. Ability to drive and reverse park vehicles with efficiency and to be able to provide a driving history report upon commence of employment.

We will need a traffic history report for the last 10 years.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A minimum of one (1) year demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality would be an advantage.
  2. Current full open Manual drivers’ licence
  3. Excellent car driving history and a high level of driving safety skills.
  4. Honest, reliable, and punctual
  5. Friendly, cooperative, and helpful with customers
  6. Willing to work in rotating shifts, any shift and on weekends
  7. Ability to follow instructions as necessary
  8. Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with work colleagues and supervisors
  9. A love of new technologies – we are a mobility and technology company
  10. Strict adherence to all corporate policies and procedures. Safety is not negotiable in our business.
