With continued growth across the business, there has never been a better time to join the E-Commerce team as an Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Your role will be to assist and support those who are experiencing concerns relating to their deliveries, damaged products through to stock shortages. You will be working across phone, email and online chat across a roster that allows you to work Monday to Sunday, anywhere between 5am and 1am, with shifts of 8 hours a day, 30-38 hours per week.

This role starts in the contact centre and you must be able to attend site at Mascot if required once you move to WFH.
