Hybrid role – work from home and the office – two days at home and three days in the office
Duties for the role include but are not limited to:
Answering of telephone enquiries from our home builder customer base
Process customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders
Generating customer quotations
Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
Inputting Sales Orders
Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability
Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team.
Our Ideal Candidate
A valid driver’s licence and relevant PC skills are required

Have extensive customer service experience
Computer literate

Our Onsite business unit is focused on driving the success of our customers through end-to-end supply solutions; we cater for the unique volume requirements of large domestic home builders. The Onsite team in Pemulwuy, like the broader Reece team, are committed, down to earth and driven people striving for greatness every day.
