About the Role:
The Customer Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Department’s customer services functions including the departments online booking systems, project management, and delivery of significant projects. This role will be responsible for scoping and developing plans including schedules, monitoring activities and providing high level written reports to stakeholders as required. The role will be responsible for preparing complex written documentation and undertaking quality assurance for written documentation to ensure effective, high-quality, accurate and sensitive communications.
Contract: Short-term contract to 14 October 2022
Special Conditions:
Will be required to participate in fire management and associated duties.
May be required to work outside of the normal hours of work and undertake intra or interstate travel.
Current SA Drivers Licence is essential.
Some out of hours work will be required.
Some inter and intra state travel may be required.
This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. Remuneration: ASO5 $82,042 min – $91,245 max p.a.
