The role

Exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our fantastic team in Brendale.

Register the camper trailer in QLD prior to delivery

Organisation of trailer plates from QLD transport.

Processing of all paperwork related to the registration and delivery of camper trailers

Facilitate the timely delivery and handover of camper trailers to customers

Coordinate with the sales team to provide a great customer experience throughout the customer journey

Liaising with the sales team and customer to ensure smooth handovers

Complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey by contacting the customers after delivery

Assist the admin team where required

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess the following

Experienced in the Automotive industry or in Customer Service

Experienced in handling delivery and registration of vehicles

Loves working in a dynamic retail environment and appreciates the challenges

Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, plus outstanding problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy

Organised and structured in day-to-day activities

Highly proficient computer skills
