Our Customer Communications team is growing, and we are searching for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Production Specialist to join us. As a key member of our team, you will utilise Salesforce Marketing Cloud to guarantee our customers receive best-in-class HTML emails that are both visually stunning and highly effective. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and deploying these emails, and ensuring we maximize our use of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. We’re seeking a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, who also has some graphic design experience.

The role reports into the Senior Customer Communications Manager – Customer Communications Solutions.

Do work that matters

Lead the end-to-end technical production of external customer eDMs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Produce digital creative assets for both desktop and mobile using Adobe Creative Cloud

Design and code mobile-responsive, dynamic email layouts using HTML, CSS and AMPscript

Follow email accessibility best practices

Preview, QA, and conduct spam testing using the Litmus platform to ensure correct rendering on all email platforms, devices, and software versions, with particular attention to Outlook

Participate in the development of new processes or changes to existing processes

Provide regular reports and analytics on email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall engagement

Conduct A/B testing to optimize the performance of our email campaigns

Possess broad knowledge of ACMA Spam Act

Act as a brand ambassador to ensure all emails follow brand guidelines.

Knowledge of SQL and Salesforce API integrations are highly regarded

Strong project management skills dealing with external agencies

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess

2+ years’ experience in a similar role dealing with existing customer marketing communications

At least a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop HTML, CSS and AMPscript coding & digital production experience within a delivery platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo

Good working knowledge of marketing and communications concepts and industry trends

High attention to design detail and ability to follow strict brand guidelines and work to tight timelines

Ability to work autonomously and work through solutions to technical issues
