The Victoria Clinic is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Assistant to join the team on a part time/ casual basis. The shift times are 6.30am – 2.00pm and 8.30am – 4.00 pm on a rotating roster – flexible to suit your lifestyle!
You will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and achieving high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, in this faced paced and varied environment.
The Victoria Clinic is in the process of a $50 million upgrade that will vastly expand the services it offers, as the Healthscope-operated mental health facility also marks two decades of serving its local community.
Located on Malvern Road in Prahran, The Victoria Clinic is a private psychiatric facility that specialises in the provision of high quality inpatient and outpatient mental health services. All treatments offered are aimed at helping people improve their psychological and emotional well-being in a safe and supportive environment. Individuals are exposed to a variety of therapeutic, recreational and occupational activities as a means of restoring health
As an Environmental Service Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Provide high standard of cleaning services
Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures
Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients
Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development
Authority to Work in Australia
Experience in Healthcare/hotel cleaning (desirable)
Commitment to service excellence.
Proven time management skills and ability to manage priorities
Strong communication and customer skills
Attention to detail
Work well independently and within a team
Available for on call shifts
