Your new role

In this role, you will provide the key administrative component to the Facilities Management team. Reporting to the Operations & WHS Manager, you will work alongside property, facilities and asset managers, and act as the first point of contact for all things facilities.

Key duties will include

Reviewing documents and forms to ensure accuracy

Ensuring tenders and contracts are executed

Creating reminders for key tasks

Project administration duties

Processing invoices

Answering facilities related queries for all of Australia

What you’ll need to succeed

As the successful candidate, you will be a strong and confident administrator, with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be willing to learn the relevant property and facilities management terminology, and act in accordance with company values.
